Senate President, David Mark, today charged the military to declare total war on Boko Haram, saying since they have ignored all entreaties for dialogue; the military should deploy all resources available to fight them.
Mark who described the killing of 47 students at a Yola Government school on Monday as beyond wicked and callous, says the insurgents have declared total war on Nigeria and the military must fight back, and so also must Nigerians unite to defeat the insurgents.
