Ovation Publisher Dele Momodu ran for President in 2011 on the platform of the National Conscience Party.

He got about 30, 000 votes nationwide.

He is now opening up on his thoughts about the political race and why he thinks he did not win.

According to Dele Momodu, while speaking at an event recently, the major reason he lost the 2011 presidential election was because Nigerians did not take his candidature seriously.

Dele Momodu made this remake at the recently held Diamond jubilee symposium in honour of the founder of the Latter Rain Assembly, Pastor Tunde Bakare.
