Presidential spokesperson Reuben Abati posted this very revealing Wikileaks docs on his website. Back in 2003, Tinubu didn't want Buhari to be president because he believed he was an agent of destabilization. That was 11 years ago, he's since changed his mind...:-). Read the doc after the cut
