Ghanaian Diplomat Kofi Annan is speaking up about the Ebola Virus Disease and epidemic that has been getting worse over the past months.

The spread has since left West Africa but Kofi Annan is of the opinion that the only way the world can combat the virus is by going through West Africa and by sending health workers to West Africa.
